I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, as my time is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask for at least 48 Hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Do I need to provide a credit card to book an appointment?

• Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Don’t worry — your card won’t be charged at the time of booking. It’s simply to hold your appointment.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

• If you don’t have a credit card, you can secure your appointment with a 50% cash deposit, which must be made within 24 hours of booking.

How do I book, reschedule, or cancel my appointment?

• I use a secure online booking platform where you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment at your convenience. You can also view your past visits, update your contact info, and securely store your payment details for future bookings.

Booking the right Service

• Each service is allotted a specific time, especially for colour treatments. Booking the wrong service may mean we can’t accommodate your needs due to time constraints.

• If your’re unsure which service to choose, please contact us for guidance or to book a complimentary consultation.

Every appointment begins with a complimentary consultation to ensure we align on your hair goals and what’s realistically achievable in one or multiple sessions.

• I prioritize honest, professional advice and will guide you through the best approach for your hair.

• If your hair history (e.g., box dye, chemical treatments) has compromised its integrity, we’ll discuss possible solutions and you may be required to sign a waiver. If your desired result isn’t achievable without risk, I may decline the service in your best interest.

• For a stand-alone consultation before booking a service, please contact the salon — I’m happy to assess your hair at no charge.

For the best results, I recommend coming in with day-old hair, specially for colour services.

If your hair feels overly greasy or has a lot of product buildup, a light wash the night before is a great option!

I understand that life happens, and sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you. While I’ll make every effort to provide your scheduled service, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or, in some cases, a need to reschedule.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, I cannot guarantee that your full service can be completed, and your appointment may need to be adjusted or canceled.

For No-Shows, the full appointment fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows will result in restricted access to online booking for future appointment.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you’d like an adjustment to your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment before booking a new one.

• No refunds are issued for services.

• Adjustments must be requested and completed within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline a re-do if the original result was achieved or if expectations were discussed in advance.

• I cannot offer adjustments if your hair has been altered by you or another stylist after your appointment.

• Colour fees may apply depending on the situation.

• Professional hair care is key! Drugstore products can impact your colour’s longevity and hair’s health.

• Some colour transformations require multiple sessions — your stylist will guide you through the process

• Box dye and Henna can lead to unpredictable results and may limit what we can achive in a single session.

Service prices vary and serve as general guidelines. Final pricing depends on factors such as hair length, density, history, product usage, and appointment duration.
